[ oh! she hesitates for a second, but takes the pencil. ]

It does. I was just going watch a movie, but this sounds a lot better, instead of staring at the tv for hours.

[ she taps her chin with the pencil ]

She can fly with the broom? Could it use a boost in the speed department, maybe?

I think so too. I like stretching my brain when something has upset me.

[ he starts to sketch out the basic appearance of the broom, and just over it, he writes death from above in quick, sharp handwriting. ]

She certainly can. It's already quite fast, but what suggestions would you make?

[ he'll offer her the paper :) ]

[ she watches him sketch, blinking at the words now written at the top. uh. ]

If it's already fast, then hm...[ taps her chin with the pencil.

now that she has the paper she is just. staring at the words. ]

Uh, Percy. What does this mean? [ points at death from above ]

That's what it's named. Her broom is called "Death from Above." Like my gun. Bad News.

[ he chuckles because, well, the name is rather ominous isn't it? ]

It's because she's a dead shot with her arrows. A very skilled ranger.

OH! Do all of you name your weapons such scary names?

[ she's not judging! she actually thinks that's pretty rad. ]

Wow...being able to shoot an arrow while on a flying broom? That's really impressive, she sounds amazing.

[decisions]

Diplomacy is rather scary, [ said as he opens and closes his left hand into a fist and back out again ] but I like to think its name is less-so... [ a grin. ]

But she is amazing. [ percy's voice softens. ] I don't know what our group would do without Vex'ahlia, really.

[petalbursts]

Diplomacy? [ she says that more on the quiet side, glancing at his hand.

but the way his voice softens gets her attention, she smiles. ]

Sounds like someone who'd be a great leader. You all must be super close, really good friends.

[decisions]

We've grown very close... adventure does that to you. The most unlikely people become your friends in the strangest of ways.

[petalbursts]

[ she looks downward, her smile both soft and a little sad. ]

I understand that. It's funny how you can go from fighting with someone, constantly, to loving them more than you could have ever imagined. They become some of the most important people to you.

[decisions]

You miss them. Your friends...

[ he places a hand gently on her shoulder. ]

I miss mine too.

[petalbursts]

I do...

[ she smiles up at him ]

We had just gotten back together, after being apart for so long too...I hope they're doing alright.

[decisions]

If they're anything like mine, then they will wait for you. And they will do whatever it takes to be there when you return.

[ he returns her smile. ]

Tell me about them?

[petalbursts]

For sure. [ nods ] They're always good for that.

They're three of my best friends, team RWBY! Weiss, Blake, and my sister Yang.

[ fidgets with the pencil. ]

We didn't get along the best, in the beginning, Weiss and I would always fight. She was such a princess in the beginning. And Blake was so quiet, so mysterious, but she's opened up a ton! Then Yang, she's always been hot headed, but she's gotten very good at controlling her anger.

All of us are so different, but when we're together, when we work as a team...[ a small smile ] Being separated from them was so hard, especially my sister...we all went through a lot before we parted ways.
